Need to optimize settings for 2013.4.10

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. SoulseekQT was working fine until this last update (2013.4.10). What happens is that I'll search for something, which brings up results the first time, but any subsequent searches will return no results. If I restart the client, again, the first search I try will work, but nothing further. That was originally on port 2242 I believe. I switched to a lower port (80) and 2 searches worked in a row, the appeared in my transfers tab, but nothing would actually begin downloading. When I restarted the client, the downloads related to both searches began. So, in summary, the client is working, but only when I continually restart. Any ideas?

I have the exact same problem, very annoying. Have you figured it out yet?

Try a higher port. Don't use 80. See if that works. Try 30000-50000.
