Client crash

hi.
my client crashes every 5-6 minutes (157 NS 13e).
i used drmingw-0.4.4 tool and here are the results.

slsk.exe caused an Access Violation at location 77528e19 in module ntdll.dll Writing to location 00000014.

That exact same error happens every time that my client crashes.
I am having those crashes a couple of months now but every 1-2 hours.The last week crashes occur every 5-10 minutes.
I have tried every solution i could find on this forum and online but no luck.
What do you suggest? Any ideas?
