Banned user amnesty

Description:
Allow the software to check the banned user list at a set interval, maybe every 3 or more months, and let it automatically unban all users who are sharing files (since that seems to be the main reason why users are banned). Sometimes users ban people for no valid reason, such as having privileges, requesting more speed, a disagreemnt or whatever, and these users should also be reinstated. I can understand that some users may want to permanently ban a user who they have had a grudge with, and they can simply re-renter that user's name into the banned list again (if anyone has more than 1-3 of these, maybe the problem isn't with the other users). The benefits are that it would give those noons who didn'tknow to share a second chance if they started, and it should lessen the strain on network resources of having to constantly check those banned user lists of everyone online.

I disagree with this. Unsharing is for many reasons not just for shares. Sometimes a user is rude / offensive, sometimes they have shares but give zero slots for non-userlist users, sometimes they are dreadful leechers.

It's the end user's right to share / unshare so this should be left as it is.

I would like this feature as well, though I agree with secretsquizza to the extent that it should be an option only, not the default.

If the file count was displayed in the unshared tab, it would be very convenient. Most people who end up on the unshared list will never come off it, as there's no way to mass remove anybody. I'm all for giving people second chances.
