I'm rather sick of the banimators on SoulSeek. I know they have their reasons for banning, but 99.9% of the time I'm given no reason. When I'm given a reason it's usually because the guy is anal, and I forgot some dumb rule, or it's because I don't have any files, when I have over 20,000. This is stupid, can I just keep an offsite list of over-banimators? I don't want anyone freaking out, but my other friends, and other people I talk to are getting tired of dealing with these guy's 3rd Reich bureaucracy every time we come on. People seem afraid to ask about this, so I'am. I feel we have a right to inform others of them, to give us leverage.

Well sure, you can post a "shit list" offsite, and probably no one would freak out about it, but it seems like a waste of energy. How much of your brain and how many days do you want to devote to grudges and public shaming of everyone who has wronged you? Better to just say "fuck that guy", unshare with them, and move on. Free up that mental space for things that put you in a good mood, like good music and good times with friends. Maintaining a list of people who you say were jerks to you on the Internet just seems like an impotent form of revenge and is just prolonging dwelling on negative emotions. I know it doesn't feel like justice is being served if they can just keep on being dicks, but your list wouldn't really change that, and those people have written you off already anyway.

I personally wouldn't be interested in such a list because I don't know what I could reasonably do with that information. I wouldn't feel comfortable using hearsay as a reason to pre-emptively ban someone who I personally don't have a problem with (yet), even if only to keep their files out of search results on my side. I may even agree with the policy the other user says you violated. Maybe you think they're being a Nazi for not letting you spend 2 weeks hogging a download slot. I don't know what really went down.
