Wish List Notes

Associated a text field with each Wish List entry which the user can add/edit, to add some notes about a particular search, e.g. 'already have aac and 320, need v0'. Text field could be opened for editing via a button on top somewhere or rightclick context menu on Wish List items on right side, or both, whatever. It should add a row between the Wish List Searches window's subtabs and the results pane below it, which displays the contents of the text field. If the field is empty, don't display the row for it.
