Active downloads

I can download just one file at a time...is there any option to increase that rate ??...I mean, can I configure soulseek, so it downloads 5 files at the same time ??
The speed I'm getting is really slow, and downloading just one at a time will take forever.

do you try (literally) DL 100 files from hundred users or 100 files from 1 user? SLSK has no DL limit on slots (Soulseek NS could limit the DL slots, but not Qt).
