Login issue

Hi,

I am trying to login and I keep getting this message,

"Login failed. Reported failure reason: socket error. Please change your login settings in the Options tab and try reconnecting."

Can anyone help please?

Out of the FAQ:

V) Your Login (Username/Password) is not working anymore: go to the Option Menu (Upper row Button Change Password) and simply choose another Username and a new Password

I tried entering a new UserName and Password multiple times but still can't login. Any ideas what else I could try?

does the web Port check report that the ports are forwarded? Socket error means there's no connection possible due to some reasons. Username+Password is one of them, wrong forwarded ports another, Application Firewall or local hyperactive Firewall another one.
