I cannot login

Hi,

Since I reinstalled my laptop, I'm unable to login with the client. I changed my password several times to make sure my passoword (which is quite long) wasn't the problem. But with a short password, it didn't work either.

Logging in on this website works perfectly, but in the client it doesn't work. Maybe I'm on a blacklist or something? Because after reinstalling, I forgot my password and tried to login by guessing my own password.

Are you sure you've entered it correctly, CaPs sensitive?

yes, 100%.

have the same issue. used the older version two/three week ago.
every time I log in, it would minimize and I could see it open but it would be logged on..
I got the new version, entered in my name, that I just used a few week ago, it said there was no such name. created a new log in here, with my older user name... basically registered a brand new name, got the email password, can log in here, but can't log into the new version..

After trying (and missing soulseek) for weeks, I decided to create a new account. Logging in is no problem with the new account, so I guess there is something wrong with this account. Hopefully, someone can check this out for me. Thanks.

QT is also doing this for me. I have NS installed still, and I can open and login successfully on that, but QT fails to recognize my password even though I've made an account on here. And TBH, I'm pretty sure I haven't ever used a password since I started using SoulSeek.

I had this same problem, but I created a new account and that worked. My guess is that my first username which contained a "_" was the problem.

the client says i have the wrong password when i open, then when i try to change the username and password, the client closes outright. ive checked and the username and password are correct very frustrating!

i use V 2013.4.10. (this is the first qt version i installed )
i am able to login to the website but not to the client ( pops out a login fail message).
change the password to make sure but it doesn't help ( also i verfied that my ports are open)
please help

I can confirm I had the same issue, had an underscore in my username, dropped it, now logging in just fine.

I have the same problem. I can login to the website, but not in the client. Installing the oldest versions did not help.
Win 8 x64.

i find my old configure file and i login in client with it.
