Problems with Mac version...

I just switched from PC to Mac, and having problems with the mac version. Ive noticed its a drastically different interface, and i've had to relearn how to maneuver around the program, but there are a few fundamental things that are just not working. There is no option to select a shared folder. Under Options --- File sharing there is a window to display the shared folders, but no option anywhere to select a folder. And there is no option to change the download location.

Another thing i noticed, which isn't a big deal, is there is no option to add searches to the wishlist.

Maybe i'm missing something... some secret mac language i've not learned yet.. but what is going on here, is soulseek more of a program developed for the pc??

thnx!

SoulseekQt was written using the cross-platform Qt toolkit, which was originally developed under Linux. As such, applications written using Qt don't function as native Mac apps.

To share a folder, use the 'Share Folder' button at the top when viewing the Options->File Sharing tab. The 'Set Download Folder' next to it can be used to change the download location.

To add searches to the wishlist, perform the search, then click the Add to Wishlist button at the top.

Cheers, Nir
