how can make slots open with 2 ways ?

i mean...
example:
1 or 2 slots open for all, and the user list to be able to dl without limits of slots and with first priority .
Any help ?

There's no way currently to award extra upload slots to user list users, but you can set a higher upload priority of a group so that users in that group will receive uploads before other users. Go to the Users tab and click the Configure User Groups button at the top. When selecting a user group, you'll be able to increase the download priority for users in that group.
