Removing downloading files

When I remove files that are beiing downloaded from a user I gave permission to upload, the files keep downloading one by one. Remove that single file and the next one shows up.

That's a bug and needs to be addressed. The client should memorize which files you've removed so it knows not to requeue them when the user reuploads. I've added it to to my to do list.
