Error opening file for writing

I am trying to install SoulseekQt on my new windows computer. When I open the application to install i get "Error opening file for download" msg. I've tried several versions, but get the same error. How do I get around this. Thanks.

Sounds like the application is already running, possibly hidden in your tray.
