Is it possible to browse other users files?

I apologise if this seems a dumb question, I haven't worked out how to do it if it is possible.

Right-click the username for extra options. There's a bit of an awkward division right now between functions available through the action bar and those available through the context menu (ie user options). I haven't resolved how to reconcile the two just yet. I'm probably gonna end up doing global view functions through the action bar and item-specific functions through context menus.
