SoulseekQt build 2013.5.18 doesn't notify that there is new SoulseekQT versions

SoulseekQT update notification feature seems is not working.

there is: SoulseekQt build 2013.8.3 & SoulseekQt build 2013.8.22, but SoulseekQt build 2013.5.18 doesn't notify anything about these new builds.

The new builds aren't being sent through the auto update system. We've had a lot of new issues after moving from Qt 4 to Qt 5, and I'm not yet satisfied enough with the new versions to push them out to everyone.

anyway now I'm using SoulseekQt build 2013.8.22 and is working ok for now.
