There's no "just make it work" button.
Assuming you are using SoulseekQt, under Options, click Check Ports. It will open your browser to the test pages. If it says your ports are closed, then the ports are still being blocked. If they're being forwarded from your router to your PC, then the problem must be at your PC, right? Check your firewall software.
