Add to ABNT-2 language system in Soulseek QT

Our language is being forgotten by Soulseek QT (Portuguese, Brazil), long face concerning the recognition program problems when using diacritics on words. These are sent in an uncoordinated manner because the program does not recognize. Please solve this problem.
