blacklisting some of my share folder

Hi there, first I'd like to say that I'm really glad to have found this awesome community !
I'm sharing a huge share of my music library, but as it's under the form of an itunes library I'd like to be able to filter out some of the items it contains, mainly because it's friends demos etc. is there any way to do that (without having to select all of itunes subfolder but the one u don't want) ?
