Socket Error

hello guys! i have a big problem with soulseek. i can't login for about 1 week and i that is pissing me off. i have this error "login failed. Reported failure reason : socket error. Please change your login settings in the option tab and try reconnecting."
I am using the latest version of soulseek downloaded directly from the website.
i am using OS X v10.9.5
I had read the topics about this error but i can't find it useful.
