I changed my router settings but port forwarding is still failing. Why?

Hi. My songs were downloading okay, but I was getting a port forwarding error for some reason.

In the general options of Soulseek, my listening port is on: 10313

I changed all the advanced settings in my router to allow ports 10310 to 10315, and then after saving the changes in my router, I even tried restarting my router and modem and my computer, but I am STILL getting the following message:

IP: 206.248.186.163 Port: 10313/tcp CLOSED. Your router and/or Soulseek client needs to be configured correctly.

You may want to check this list of port forwarding guides for instructions specific to your router model.

Don't forget that you need to restart your client if you modify your listening port.

My songs are still downloading fine. So should I just not worry about it?

Is this a glitch in Soulseek?

Also, I posted another question about jpeg files not downloading no matter what I do, so maybe someone can help me with that one too. Thanks.
