People are unable to view my files or download from me

Since I reinstalled Windows 7 a few days I haven't had one person download anything from me, before then I used to have at least 6 people downloading an album from me once a day. When I click on 'check ports' it says that they are open which is confusing. I have tried to view my files on another computer with a different Soulseek account with no avail
I am able to download and search without any trouble if that makes any difference in the quest to help me
Any help will be appreciated, thanks. I love Soulseek so much and I feel bad that I am not contributing

I'd advise to create a unique
I'd advise to create a unique filename (could be 0 Bytes small) and ask someone of a chatroom to browse for it and DL it. The Log tells you and him quite a lot. When you paste it here it's much easier. The instability of the Share is still present (rescan/restart helps a lot), so maybe it's connected as well?!
