Having trouble with windows 10

I've used soulseek for years with no problem. My laptop was just stolen so I had to get a new one with windows 10. The program is running fine until I try to open the folder the downloaded files are on or try to open the individual files, nothing happens. Anyone have any ideas for a solution?
