Sharing folders, but cannot upload

I can't share folders, but can't upload files. How do I upload folders. New here, by the way.

the allowance to UL files/folders is everyones own setting. As virus spreading is quite easy that way the default not allowed is surely the right way for a start.
Why can't you share files/folders? A user called Leijsten is offering a very good hands on Manual to SLSKqt called "Users manual (English).doc"
