When excluding filename extensions, ignore case

It would be convenient if under Options > File Sharing, "Filename extensions excluded from folder downloads" it excluded files case-insensitively. I.E. if I enter ".ini" as an extension to exclude, also exclude ".INI", ".Ini", etc. (you get the idea)
