Can't download files with extended characters in filename

Using build 10/4/2012, but I also noticed this with previous builds...

When I queue a file that has an extended character in the filename (e.g. ö) I can't download it. I get the following error (changed the username and filenames for privacy...):

[Thu Oct 11 00:29:43 2012] Queueing toDownlöad.mp3
[Thu Oct 11 00:29:43 2012] Received peer notification from Slskuser that upload of \Volumes\Files\toDownlöad.mp3 was denied, reason: File not shared
[Thu Oct 11 00:29:43 2012] Download not found.

Changing the "Code Page to use to translate non-Unicode characters" doesn't seem to have any effect; I still get the same error (but sometimes the ö is replaced with a garbage character).

Hmm, I can't seem to reproduce this problem with any variety of filesnames containing international characters. Can you private message the username and folder in question so I can try it for myself?
